Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity mono-red aggro-stax deck commanded by Kratos, God of War. Kratos grants all creatures haste, possesses double strike, and punishes players on their end steps for each creature that did not attack. The strategy accelerates Kratos onto the board on Turn 2 or 3 using dense fast mana and rituals. Once deployed, the deck layers asymmetric stax pieces like Blood Moon, Smoke, and War's Toll to paralyze opposing mana and force unfavorable combat decisions. It amplifies Kratos's lethal pressure with damage multipliers such as Kediss, Emberclaw Familiar, Commander's Plate, and The Reaver Cleaver, creating an overwhelming life-total deficit across the table. In addition to crushing combat damage, the deck incorporates compact infinite combat combos with Aggravated Assault and Sword of Feast and Famine or Neheb, the Eternal to close games decisively.
