CZ 643 | Foundations Commander Deck - Halana and Alena by Bakrio

Format: Commander

Commander: Halana and Alena, Partners

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Halana and Alena, Partners leads an aggressive Gruul midrange deck that turns large creatures into immediate combat threats. The primary strategy accelerates mana in the opening turns, casts the commander, and deploys high-power beaters like Gigantosaurus and Quakestrider Ceratops. Halana and Alena grant these threats immediate haste and +1/+1 counters, establishing rapid board pressure. The deck leverages power-matters payoffs such as Garruk's Uprising and Rishkar's Expertise to maintain card flow. It finishes games through massive combat steps boosted by Overwhelming Stampede, Overrun, and Gratuitous Violence to trample over opposing defenses and eliminate all three opponents.
