Deck overview

This deck is an Esper topdeck-manipulation and big-mana control strategy helmed by Yennett, Cryptic Sovereign. Its core game plan accelerates into Yennett on Turn 4, arranges the top card of the library using tools like Sensei's Divining Top, Aminatou, the Fateshifter, Penance, or Doom Whisperer, and attacks on Turn 5 to cheat massive odd-cost spells into play for free. The payoff suite features crushing asymmetric bombs such as Void Winnower, Expropriate, Breach the Multiverse, Elesh Norn, Grand Cenobite, and Toxrill, the Corrosive. Backed by a dense suite of ultra-efficient single-mana removal spells and powerful card draw engines like Rhystic Study and Necropotence, the deck controls the board while assembling decisive game-ending states. If Yennett faces removal, the deck cleanly transitions into a resilient hardcast control and reanimation plan, closing games with colossal evasive creatures over two combat cycles.
