Eye of the storm by user8276628

Format: Commander

Commander: Vivi Ornitier

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Vivi Ornitier acts as a dual-engine burn piece and explosive mana battery in the command zone. Every noncreature spell triggers Vivi to ping all opponents and grow larger, accumulating power that converts into a burst of blue and red mana once per turn. The deck chains low-cost cantrips, rituals, and copy spells to accelerate storm counts and trigger spell-copy engines like Ral, Storm Conduit, Thousand-Year Storm, and Ashling, Flame Dancer. Primary win conditions include burning the table with Vivi and damage doublers, casting high-count Grapeshot or Brain Freeze storm finishers, or assembling the infinite draw-ping loop with Niv-Mizzet, Parun and Curiosity.
