Deck overview

This is a high-power, combo-focused The Gitrog Monster lands-matter deck that leverages the classic Dakmor Salvage loop to draw through the entire library and win via infinite mill/ping. The deck's core engine-Gitrog, a discard outlet, Dakmor Salvage, and a shuffle titan (Kozilek, Butcher of Truth or Ulamog, the Infinite Gyre)-generates a deterministic draw loop that fills the graveyard and triggers Polluted Cistern or Grist, the Hunger Tide's ultimate for the kill. The deck is packed with fast mana (rituals, dorks, and land-based acceleration) and a deep tutor suite to assemble the combo quickly, often by turn 4-5. Secondary value comes from Ramunap Excavator, Six, and Walk-In Closet to recur lands, while Orcish Bowmasters and Culling Ritual provide incidental disruption. The commander is the absolute linchpin; without Gitrog, the primary win condition fails entirely.
