Deck overview

This competitive Jeskai deck uses Captain America, First Avenger at the helm of an explosive equipment combo strategy. Powered by format-ceiling fast mana including Chrome Mox, Mox Diamond, Mana Vault, and Sol Ring, the deck accelerates its development to assemble equipment-cheating engines by Turn 3. The primary win conditions revolve around infinite combat steps: attaching Sword of Feast and Famine to an unblocked attacker alongside Aggravated Assault, or casting Godo, Bandit Warlord to tutor Helm of the Host. The deck defends its execution with free counterspells like Fierce Guardianship and Deflecting Swat, while Grand Abolisher, Silence, and Conqueror's Flail completely silence opposing interaction during combo turns. Supported by high-output card engines such as The One Ring, Rhystic Study, and Puresteel Paladin, the deck transitions seamlessly between high-power Voltron pressure, spot removal via Captain America's shield throw, and same-turn infinite combat finishes on Turn 4.
