Deck overview

This Sultai deck is commanded by Teval, the Balanced Scale, functioning as a resilient graveyard midrange engine that blends self-mill, land recursion, and mass reanimation. During the early turns, it deploys efficient self-mill enablers like Stitcher's Supplier and Satyr Wayfinder to fill the graveyard while ramping with cards like Arcane Signet and Sakura-Tribe Elder. Once Teval attacks, it generates incremental value by returning land cards to the battlefield and creating 2/2 Zombie Druid tokens whenever cards leave the graveyard. In the mid-to-late game, the deck pivots toward decisive win conditions by resolving mass reanimation spells such as Living Death, Breach the Multiverse, and Emergent Ultimatum. An evasive alpha strike enabled by Wonder in the graveyard delivers lethal combat damage across all opponents. While the deck boasts immense recursive grinding power, its main vulnerabilities lie in its susceptibility to instant-speed graveyard exile and a lack of countermagic to protect critical combo turns.
