Deck overview

This Sultai deck helmed by The Wise Mothman is a highly synergistic rad-counter and +1/+1-counter engine that leverages mill and proliferate to generate overwhelming board presence and combo finishes. The commander's ETB and attack trigger give each player a rad counter, and whenever nonland cards are milled (from rad counters or other mill effects), you distribute +1/+1 counters across your creatures. The deck accelerates this loop with proliferate permanents like Flux Channeler and Thrummingbird, and uses Hardened Scales and The Ozolith to magnify counter value. Primary win conditions include the infinite combo of Devoted Druid + Walking Ballista, the mill-drain loop of Bloodchief Ascension + Mindcrank, and a massive Finale of Devastation for X=10 to swing with a pumped, hasty board. A dense suite of free counterspells and instant-speed interaction protects the combo turn, while low-curve mana dorks and rocks enable explosive early plays.
