Deck overview

Winota, Joiner of Forces is the engine: the deck attacks with cheap non-Human creatures, uses her trigger to put aggressive or disruptive Humans onto the battlefield, and taxes opponents with rule-of-law effects. The primary path is a fast combat kill with double strike and extra combats; the secondary path is a Kiki-Jiki + Combat Celebrant or Breath of Fury loop. There is no hidden commander-every card either provides a non-Human attacker, a payoff Human, protection, or a stax piece. Winota is both card advantage and a battlefield tutor, so the deck is built around keeping her on board and attacking every turn, with protection and stax buying the turns she needs.
