Deck overview

Sisay, Weatherlight Captain commands a high-velocity legendary toolbox combo deck. The primary strategy accelerates mana through multi-color dorks like Bloom Tender and Faeburrow Elder, establishes Sisay on the board, and increases her power using diverse legendary permanents. Once Sisay accesses five colors of mana, she repeatedly tutors legendary combo pieces directly to the battlefield. The main win condition uses Ioreth of the Healing House alongside Marvin, Murderous Mimic and a legendary mana producer to generate infinite mana and untaps. From there, Sisay pulls your entire library into play, sealing victory through Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God activations, overwhelming Jodah combat, or an inescapable lock.
