This Esper spellslinger deck, helmed by Saruman of Many Colors, is a value-driven mill strategy that leverages casting two spells per turn to trigger the commander's ability: each opponent mills two cards, then you exile and copy an instant, sorcery, or enchantment from an opponent's graveyard with equal or lesser mana value.
