Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius go-wide strategy commanded by Bard, King of Dale, whose static abilities double all token creation and secondary card draws. The game plan accelerates through early mana artifacts into engines like Felidar Retreat, Archon of Sun's Grace, and Skullclamp. Once the commander resolves, the deck generates overwhelming card advantage and floods the battlefield with doubled flying or ground tokens. Decisive finishers such as Storm Herd, White Sun's Zenith, and Kinbinding convert this board presence into game-ending combat steps, while Triskaidekaphile provides an alternate upkeep win condition. A dense suite of counterspells protects key turns against opposing sweepers and combo attempts.
