Deck overview

This is a classic Yisan, the Wanderer Bard mono-green creature toolbox deck built around one core loop: ramp with mana dorks, cast Yisan, then chain his verse-counter activations to put creatures directly onto the battlefield. The deck is exceptionally dense with untappers - Quirion Ranger, Seeker of Skybreak, Wirewood Symbiote, Thousand-Year Elixir, Seedborn Muse, and Quest for Renewal - allowing multiple Yisan activations per turn cycle. The primary win condition is Craterhoof Behemoth fetched at verse 7, swinging with a wide board of elves and tokens. Avenger of Zendikar, Zopandrel, Hunger Dominus, and Surrak and Goreclaw serve as backup finishers and force multipliers. The deck plays a patient, value-driven game that explodes once the chain is online.
