Deck overview

Wildsear, Scouring Maw commands a Gruul enchantress deck focused on generating immense card velocity and overwhelming battlefield presence through cascading enchantments. Built with a robust early ramp package featuring land auras, sorceries, and cost reducers, the deck consistently deploys Wildsear on Turn 4. From there, casting mid-sized enchantments from hand cascades into additional permanents while drawing cards through enchantress staples like Argothian Enchantress and Eidolon of Blossoms. The deck converts this resource advantage into victory through explosive combat damage enabled by power-doublers like Xenagos, God of Revels, Unnatural Growth, and Nylea's Colossus, alongside an untutored infinite combat backup in Aggravated Assault with Bear Umbra. While exceptionally potent at accumulating board presence and pushing trample damage, the deck lacks instant-speed interaction and nonland tutors, leaving it reliant on natural draw steps and vulnerable to well-timed board wipes.
