Deck overview

This deck is an explosive Izzet spellslinger storm build commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi functions as both an escalating win condition and a massive mana engine. Every noncreature spell you cast places a +1/+1 counter on Vivi and deals 1 damage to each opponent. The core game plan attaches damage-triggered draw effects like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Tandem Lookout to Vivi. Once attached, every noncreature spell pings all three opponents and draws three fresh cards, creating a self-fueling chain of cheap cantrips, free spells, and rituals. As Vivi grows, its activated mana ability produces massive mana to cast larger spells or replay the entire graveyard with Will of the Jeskai. The deck reliably storms through its library and eliminates all three opponents on Turn 4 or 5 in a single turn, backed by cheap stack interaction and instant-speed protection.
