Deck overview

This is a high-tide-style Izzet storm/combo deck helmed by Vivi Ornitier, where Vivi acts as a scaling mana battery, a spell-slinger payoff, and a convenient pinging outlet. The core plan is to accelerate with ritual effects and fast artifacts, cast Vivi early, pump her with cheap noncreature spells, then use her {0} ability as a burst source of blue/red mana to chain wheels, cantrips, and recursive flashback effects into a win. The deck's primary finishes are Grapeshot and Brain Freeze off enormous storm counts, Underworld Breach + Lion's Eye Diamond loops, and Reiterate + ritual lines under Birgi, God of Storytelling or Electro, Assaulting Battery. Omniscience and Mind's Desire provide a high-end alternate route. Vivi is not strictly required for the combo lines, but she dramatically accelerates the mana and doubles as a damage outlet.
