Deck overview

This deck is a non-green four-color Superfriends control strategy piloted by Jace, Multiverse Architect. The primary game plan revolves around early acceleration into defensive planeswalkers and stax-adjacent static pieces such as Teferi, Time Raveler and Narset, Parter of Veils. Once the board is insulated with attack deterrents like Jace's static ability and Ghostly Prison, the deck activates Jace's Polymorph-style -3 ability to cheat massive planeswalkers or game-ending creatures like Blightsteel Colossus and Archon of Cruelty onto the battlefield. Mass loyalty doublers such as Oath of Teferi and The Chain Veil accelerate planeswalkers toward ultimate abilities, while All Will Be One and Commodore Guff convert counter generation into lethal burn. With a comprehensive suite of spot removal, sweepers, and free countermagic, the deck excels at grinding down opponents before closing the game around Turn 8.
