Mina and Denn Landfall by James803

Format: Commander

Commander: Mina and Denn, Wildborn

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

Mina and Denn, Wildborn lead an aggressive Gruul landfall strategy focused on deploying extra lands each turn, building massive board states, and converting land triggers into lethal damage. The commander provides reliable land acceleration while its activated ability grants trample and bounces lands back to hand to guarantee subsequent landfall triggers. The deck wins primarily by generating overwhelming creature swarms through landfall payoffs like Scute Swarm, Rampaging Baloths, and Avenger of Zendikar, or chaining repeated combats with Moraug, Fury of Akoum. Alternatively, mass land burst effects such as Scapeshift and Splendid Reclamation trigger lethal direct damage through Valakut, the Molten Pinnacle, Spitfire Lagac, and Omnath, Locus of Rage.
