Deck overview

This is an Izzet spell-slinger storm deck built around Prismari, the Inspiration. The commander's static ability gives every instant and sorcery the deck casts storm, turning rituals, cantrips, and recursion spells into explosive, self-multiplying chains. The plan is to develop mana through rocks and rituals, resolve Prismari, then chain Seething Song, Pyretic Ritual, Mana Geyser, and similar effects while storm copies add mana and cantrip copies draw cards. The kill comes from stormed copies of Comet Storm, Crackle with Power, Grapeshot, or Brain Freeze, often amplified by Guttersnipe, Kessig Flamebreather, Ral, Storm Conduit, and Ghyrson Starn, Kelermorph. Past in Flames, Mizzix's Mastery, and Underworld Breach give the deck a graveyard recursion axis to run the chain twice. It is a fast, fragile, one-big-turn deck rather than a grindy value engine.
