Deck overview

This Boros deck commands the legendary Dwarves of Erebor under the leadership of Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. The primary strategy focuses on establishing early Dwarf board presence and mana rocks, deploying Thorin on Turn 5 to mass-produce Treasure tokens, and converting those artifact tokens into static power buffs across the entire team. On Turn 6, the deck converts this wide, tall Dwarf army into lethal combat attacks, utilizing combat manipulation like Taunt from the Rampart to bypass opposing blockers and close games across successive turns. While vulnerable to artifact wipes and sweepers that reset token counts, the deck maintains resilience through instant-speed protection, secondary tribal anthems like Shared Animosity, and equipment-driven double strike lines led by Dáin Ironfoot.
