Deck overview

This is a Rakdos spellslinger "ping" deck helmed by Deadpool, Trading Card, built around a dense cluster of "whenever you cast a noncreature spell" payoffs. The plan is to chain instants, sorceries, and cheap enchantments each turn to trigger a swarm of pingers - Black Waltz No. 3, Sawblade Scamp, Kindlespark Duo, and the Wizard tokens from Mysidian Elder and Queen Brahne - while drawing through Artist's Talent, Cool but Rude, and Prosper, Tome-Bound. Damage is supplemented by death-trigger drains (Blood Artist, Syr Konrad, the Grim, Massacre Wurm), punishers (The Lord of Pain, Spellshock), and goad from Kardur, Doomscourge. Deadpool himself is a 5/3 whose text-box exchange is a gimmick; the deck functions at full strength without him. There is no infinite combo - the win is a slow, incremental grind of noncombat damage across the table.
