Deck overview

This is a Jeskai artifact-combo deck built around Kilo, Apogee Mind, a haste commander that proliferates every time it taps. The primary finish is the Dramatic Reversal and Isochron Scepter loop, using mana rocks to generate infinite mana for Walking Ballista or repeated proliferate triggers. Backup paths race charge counters to Darksteel Reactor or Lux Artillery, then close with Cyberdrive Awakener and Alibou artifact attacks. Kilo is a cheap enabler rather than the sole engine; passive proliferators and independent artifact tutors keep the plan running. There is no double-faced commander; the closest sub-commander is The Seriema, which finds a legendary and can become a large spacecraft.
