Deck overview

This deck is a five-color midrange strategy built around token generation and +1/+1 counter synergy, led by partner commanders Leonardo, the Balance and Michelangelo, the Heart. The game plan focuses on creating various artifact and creature tokens—such as Food, Mutagen, Clues, and Treasures—to repeatedly trigger Leonardo's ability, which distributes +1/+1 counters across your entire team. Michelangelo enables this loop early by attacking and generating Food tokens through his raid trigger. Support cards like Doubling Season, Branching Evolution, and All Will Be One scale board presence rapidly into game-ending pressure. The deck protects its growing army with versatile defensive spells like Ripples of Potential and Inspiring Call, while drawing cards through clue tokens and passive card engines. It concludes games by overwhelming the table with unblockable or trample-boosted attacks alongside direct counter-damage triggers by Turn 8.
