Deck overview

This deck is a high-synergy Boros go-wide aggressive deck piloted by Anim Pakal, Thousandth Moon. The game plan centers on deploying the commander early, protecting her in combat, and leveraging non-Gnome attacks to place +1/+1 counters on her and generate an exponentially growing army of Gnome artifact creature tokens. These tokens trigger numerous enter-the-battlefield payoffs like Warleader's Call and Cathars' Crusade, while anthems and combat amplifiers like Blade Historian, Divine Visitation, and Roaming Throne rapidly translate wide boards into lethal combat swings. The list includes high-impact protective pieces such as Boromir, Warden of the Tower, Dolmen Gate, and Unbreakable Formation to keep the attack step safe and shield against sweepers. It also features a two-card infinite combat loop using Combat Celebrant and Helm of the Host to bypass stalled boards.
