Angels, Deamons & Dragons TEX by CDNbvrHNTR

Format: Commander

Commander: Kaalia of the Vast

Bracket: 4

DeckCheck Threat Index: 34

Deck overview

This Kaalia of the Vast deck is an aggressive battlecruiser engine focused on rapidly deploying massive Angel, Demon, and Dragon threats ahead of curve. By casting Kaalia on turns 3–4 and granting her haste or protection, the deck bypasses high mana costs to cheat dominant creatures like Gisela, Avacyn, Balefire Dragon, and Drakuseth straight onto the battlefield tapped and attacking. The deck leverages efficient Mardu spot removal and modular board wipes like Farewell to clear opposing threats while defending Kaalia with cheap protection spells and equipment. While lacking infinite combos, the list compensates with punishing flying damage, synergistic secondary disruption from Drana and Linvala and Ob Nixilis, and explosive hand replenishment via The One Ring and Knollspine Dragon to sustain an oppressive clock.
