Deck overview

This deck is an aggressive Boros tribal strategy commanded by Thorin, King of Durin's Folk. It converts low-cost Dwarf creatures into rapid Treasure generation, which in turn fuels an asymmetric power buff across the entire battlefield. The primary game plan curves out with efficient Dwarves and ramp artifacts on Turns 1 through 3, resolving Thorin on Turn 4 to immediately boost the team. By Turn 5, accumulated artifact tokens grant substantial offensive stats, allowing the deck to pressure opposing life totals through massive combat swings. Redundant token engines such as Academy Manufactor, Draconic Visitor, and Fíli the Pathfinder provide horizontal and vertical scaling, while Magda, Brazen Outlaw acts as a potent toolbox tutor for game-ending Dragons like Hellkite Tyrant and Smaug the Magnificent. The deck protects its board with instant-speed defensive spells like Akroma's Will and Semester's End to close the game on Turn 6.
