Deck overview

This mono-black deck leverages explosive mana acceleration, premium tutors, and graveyard recursion to assemble game-ending combo engines. Commanded by Asmodeus the Archfiend, the deck bypasses its commander's drawbacks through Necrotic Ooze, which gains Asmodeus's ability to draw seven cards directly to hand without exiling them, paired with Skirge Familiar to convert drawn cards into black mana. Supported by powerful mana engines like Cabal Coffers, Crypt Ghast, and Lake of the Dead, the deck rapidly ramps into overwhelming threats. Backup routes through Peer into the Abyss, Bolas's Citadel, and K'rrik, Son of Yawgmoth ensure high resilience against disruption. The deck wins in a single compressed turn, using Torment of Hailfire, Exsanguinate, or Gravecrawler sacrifice loops with Blood Artist to eliminate the entire table simultaneously.
