Turn 7 Thievery by andisir
Format: Commander
Commander: Memnarch
Bracket: 3
Deck overview
Memnarch is a turn-seven theft engine in a mono-blue artifact ramp shell. The primary plan is to ramp to seven mana, protect Memnarch, and turn every opponent permanent into an artifact, then seize it; a small untap-mana package (Grand Architect + Pili-Pala or Deadeye Navigator + Peregrine Drake/Great Whale) can generate unlimited blue, making that theft absolute and locking opponents out of lands. Secondary wins are Thopter swarms from Sai, Thopter Spy Network, and Tezzeret, plus Capsize buyback as a repeatable bounce lock. The deck is not a fast combo deck; it wants to resolve a mana engine, preserve it with counters, then take the table in one turn.
