Commander: Baylen, the Haymaker

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Naya token deck is helmed by Baylen, the Haymaker, who turns a wide board of tokens into a mana engine, a card-draw engine, and a self-pump threat. The strategy revolves around generating massive numbers of tokens using doublers like Anointed Procession, Parallel Lives, and Mondrak, Glory Dominus, then converting them into direct damage with Purphoros, God of the Forge, Impact Tremors, and Warleader's Call. The deck also includes untap effects (Drumbellower, Quest for Renewal, Prop Room) to reuse Baylen's abilities multiple times per turn cycle. The primary win condition is overwhelming combat damage with hasted, trampling tokens, backed by pinging effects that bleed opponents out. A secondary win condition is Throne of the God-Pharaoh draining life from tapped tokens. The commander's flexibility makes the deck resilient and adaptable.
