Dinner time by SweetKitten3253

Format: Commander

Commander: Sorin of House Markov // Sorin, Ravenous Neonate

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This Orzhov lifegain/drain deck helmed by Sorin of House Markov // Sorin, Ravenous Neonate is a classic "Aristocrats meets Extort" strategy that converts every point of life gained into opponent life loss. The primary win condition is the Sanguine Bond + Exquisite Blood infinite loop, supported by redundant drain effects like Vito, Thorn of the Dusk Rose, Marauding Blight-Priest, and Enduring Tenacity. The commander provides early lifelink and extort, transforms into a planeswalker that can create Food tokens and deal direct damage, and offers a backup control element via its ultimate. The deck also generates value through token creation (Food, Clue, Treasure) with Academy Manufactor and Nuka-Cola Vending Machine, and can pivot to a combat plan with Griffin Aerie and Ocelot Pride tokens. Armageddon serves as a brutal lock piece once the drain engine is online.
