Deck overview

This deck is a specialized 5-color Superfriends Control strategy commanded by Jace, Multiverse Architect. By virtually eliminating creatures from the 99 (running only Spark Double), every activation of Jace's -3 ability turns cheap tokens into game-dominating planeswalkers such as Nicol Bolas, Dragon-God, Teferi, Temporal Archmage, or Ugin, the Spirit Dragon. The deck accelerates in the early game using dense 2-mana rocks and token generators like Bitterblossom and Oath of Gideon. Once Jace hits the battlefield on Turn 4, the deck quickly establishes an oppressive board state, utilizing Jace's inherent combat tax and asymmetric sweepers like Farewell to protect its planeswalkers. Victory is achieved through planeswalker ultimates, oppressive hand-and-board attrition from the Nicol Bolas suite, or an infinite activation loop between Teferi, Temporal Archmage and The Chain Veil. High-synergy phasing protection ensures planeswalkers survive sweepers with their loyalty counters intact.
