Deck overview

This deck is an Orzhov Aura Voltron strategy led by Killian, Decisive Mentor. The plan focuses on deploying efficient creatures, suiting them up with scaling and protective Auras, and eliminating opponents sequentially through lethal combat damage. Killian, Decisive Mentor enhances the strategy by tapping and goading opposing blockers whenever an enchantment enters, while providing steady card replenishment whenever an enchanted creature attacks. Cost reducers like Hero of Iroas and Danitha Capashen, Paragon accelerate deployment, while enchantresses like Sram, Senior Edificer and Kor Spiritdancer maintain high hand velocity. The deck safeguards its primary attacker with versatile protection spells such as Karametra's Blessing, Shielded by Faith, and Benevolent Blessing. If opponents manage to wipe the board, mass recursion engines including Replenish, Retether, and Mantle of the Ancients quickly re-establish dominant battlefield positions.
