Deck overview

This mono-green stompy deck turns vanilla creatures with no abilities into unblockable threats using Ruxa, Patient Professor. The primary plan opens with low-cost ramp such as Wild Growth and Nature's Lore to deploy efficient vanilla beaters like Kalonian Tusker, Leatherback Baloth, and Gigantosaurus. Once Ruxa, Patient Professor enters on Turn 4, your vanilla creatures assign combat damage directly to opponents as though they were not blocked, bypassing enemy blockers entirely. On Turn 5, massive force multipliers such as Unnatural Growth, Beastmaster Ascension, or The Skullspore Nexus create overwhelming lethal pressure, eliminating the table over two response cycles by Turn 7. The deck generates massive card draw through power-based spells like Garruk, Primal Hunter and Return of the Wildspeaker, replenishing resources effortlessly. While it excels at raw damage output, it has limited reactive interaction and relies on cards like Heroic Intervention to survive sweepers.
