Deck overview

This deck is an Azorius midrange strategy that combines Soldier token generation, Theros-themed devotion, and combat lifegain synergies under Daxos of Meletis. The primary game plan focuses on establishing compounding token producers such as Horn of Gondor, Rabble Rousing, or Elspeth, Sun's Champion, then pumping the team with anthems like Spear of Heliod or +1/+1 counters from Nykthos Paragon. While the deck includes high-powered individual cards like The One Ring and Rhystic Study, its low ramp density and narrow single-target removal slow down development. The deck wins by attacking with wide boards over multiple turns rather than using infinite combos.
