Dwarf treasure by walsio

Format: Commander

Commander: Thorin, King of Durin's Folk

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This is a Boros Dwarf-tribal value deck built around Thorin, King of Durin's Folk's ability to create a Treasure for every entering Dwarf and to pump the team for each artifact token. It plays a midrange plan: deploy a critical mass of Dwarves, convert the resulting Treasures into acceleration, Equipment, and tutor fuel for Magda, Brazen Outlaw, then close the game with a wide, pumped Dwarf board or a Dragon/Treasure payload such as Smaug the Magnificent, There and Back Again, and City on Fire. The deck has no infinite combos; it wins through combat inevitability, token swarms, and noncombat reach from Dain of the Ancient Halls and Smaug the Magnificent. Equipment subthemes with Kili the Resourceful, Dwalin, Weaponmaster, and Thorin, Mountain-king add another axis and keep the deck resilient to sorcery-speed removal.
