Deck overview

This mono-white control deck establishes early asymmetric resource denial and pillowfort defenses before closing the game with an alternate win condition. Commanded by Mangara, the Diplomat, the deck leverages redundant rule-of-law effects, noncreature spell taxes, and enter-the-battlefield trigger suppressors to restrict opposing velocity. By forcing opponents to cast no more than one spell per turn, it breaks parity using efficient activated abilities and static defensive enchantments such as Ghostly Prison and Blind Obedience. The primary win route centers on Approach of the Second Sun, which provides an inevitable victory clock once cast and redrawn through modular card-draw artifacts such as Endless Atlas and Mazemind Tome.
