Ragnarök by user9941159

Format: Commander

Commander: Thor, God of Thunder

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Thor-the-burn-spells deck aims to cast Thor by turn 4, then chain cheap instants/sorceries boosted by Guttersnipe, Coruscation Mage, Longshot, and damage multipliers. Red rituals and cost reducers create explosive mana bursts. Secondary paths are the Dualcaster Mage + Twinflame infinite hasty token combo and big Mjolnir-equipped commander damage. There is no hidden commander; the double-faced Clive // Ifrit in the 99 is a late-game devotion draw and a 9/9 burst after flipping, but the deck is built around Thor's face: each noncreature spell pings for its mana value and Thor recurs one spell from the graveyard. Red elemental disruption and Chaos Warp keep the stack clear.
