This Esper deck uses Y'shtola, Night's Blessed as both a card engine and a win condition. The strategy accelerates Y'shtola into play by turn 3 and enchants her with damage-triggered draw effects like Curiosity, Ophidian Eye, or Helm of the Ghastlord. Because Y'shtola deals 2 damage to each opponent whenever you cast a noncreature spell with mana value 3 or greater, each qualifying spell draws 3 cards and drains the table. Free-cast spells such as Force of Negation, Fierce Guardianship, Deadly Rollick, and Snuff Out trigger Y'shtola without consuming mana, allowing you to draw into further interaction and protect your board. Doubling effects like Delney, Streetwise Lookout and Roaming Throne accelerate the burn clock, while Bloodchief Ascension converts card flow into lethal life loss by turn 6.
