Choco Birds by Maeralis

Format: Commander

Commander: Choco, Seeker of Paradise

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

This is a Bird-tribal landfall value deck helmed by Choco, Seeker of Paradise. The commander turns every combat with Birds into a dig-and-ramp engine - looking at a card for each attacking Bird, keeping one, and dropping lands into play tapped - while his landfall trigger pumps him. The deck floods the board with evasive flying Birds (Birds of Paradise, Gilded Goose, Sazh's Chocobo, Murmuration tokens, Chocobo Racetrack tokens), doubles landfall triggers with Traveling Chocobo, and finishes through combat with Overwhelming Stampede, Return of the Wildspeaker, or the flash The Lord of the Eagles. It plays a patient midrange game: ramp, attack for value, then convert a wide flying board into a one-shot kill. There are no infinite combos; the plan is pure combat inevitability backed by a solid protection suite.
