Commander: The Mindskinner

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

The Mindskinner commands a dedicated mono-blue mill deck that translates unblockable combat pressure into table-wide library destruction. Because the commander prevents combat damage to make all opponents mill equal to the damage prevented, its natural ten power strips ten cards from each opponent every turn. The deck accelerates this clock using double strike equipment, clone spells like Sakashima of a Thousand Faces, and mill doublers like Bruvac the Grandiloquent. Complementary win conditions include Terisian Mindbreaker and kicked Maddening Cacophony, supported by a dense suite of one-sided graveyard exilers such as Soul-Guide Lantern to deny opponents any graveyard value.
