Deck overview

This deck is a focused Angel tribal and lifegain aggro strategy helmed by Giada, Font of Hope. Giada provides guaranteed Turn 2 mana acceleration and enters every subsequent Angel with scaling +1/+1 counters. The deck rapidly converts early curve development into overwhelming aerial pressure, using powerhouse anthems like Righteous Valkyrie, Lyra Dawnbringer, and Archangel of Thune to build huge flying boards. High life totals unlock secondary payoffs like Speaker of the Heavens, Resplendent Angel, and Angel of Destiny. While the deck relies on combat to eliminate three opponents across several turns, it defends its investment with premium white protection spells like Teferi's Protection, Clever Concealment, and Flare of Fortitude. It also runs versatile spot removal and selective stax pieces like Linvala, Keeper of Silence to disrupt faster combo decks while closing through the air.
