Deck overview

This deck is a high-velocity Izzet spellslinger storm deck commanded by Vivi Ornitier. Vivi acts as both an explosive mana engine and a table-wide burn win condition. By casting cheap noncreature spells, you place +1/+1 counters on Vivi, deal direct damage to each opponent, and activate Vivi's {0} ability to convert that power into a massive burst of blue and red mana. The deck utilizes low-cost cantrips, cost reducers like Stormcatch Mentor and Ral, Monsoon Mage, and premier Magecraft engines like Archmage Emeritus and Storm-Kiln Artist to sustain continuous card flow and mana generation. It culminates in a single explosive turn using Past in Flames or Mizzix's Mastery to replay your entire graveyard, closing the game through repeated Vivi pings, Fiery Inscription, or massive prowess combat damage.
