Deck overview

This Sultai list is a Wraith-counter token deck that treats Lord of the Nazgul as a hidden general. The primary plan is to chain instants and sorceries while growing a Wraith army with Ring-tempt triggers, then finish with Lord's nine-Wraith 9/9 pump. Xavier Sal, Infested Captain is the force multiplier: his proliferate turns Wraith count into stats, while his populate copies the biggest Wraith token. Secondary paths include grinding with Ringwraiths and Gollum recursion, stealing creatures with The Darkness Crystal, and a commander-copy package (Sakashimas, Spark Double) for repeated activations. Doubling Season, The Earth Crystal, and Roaming Throne transform one instant into four Wraiths and turn every counter into four, giving the deck explosive midrange reach.
