Deck overview

This deck is a Sultai morph and manifest midrange strategy commanded by Kadena, Slinking Sorcerer. Kadena provides steady tempo and card flow by making your first face-down creature each turn cost {3} less to cast while drawing a card whenever a face-down creature enters the battlefield. The deck fills the board with versatile face-down creatures that conceal reactive answers, including counterspells, targeted removal, and redirection effects that activate via unmorph special actions. Secondary engines like Vannifar, Evolved Enigma, Zimone, Mystery Unraveler, and Scroll of Fate provide redundant ways to cheat cards face down. Once a substantial board is established, the deck pivots to victory through overwhelming combat damage using Overwhelming Stampede, Experiment Twelve, or The Cyber-Controller, backed by asymmetric disruption such as Ixidron.
