Emmara, Soul of the Accord by GandalfTheBleu

Format: Commander

Commander: Emmara, Soul of the Accord

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

Emmara, Soul of the Accord is the engine of this GW token swarm: each time she is tapped-by attacks, convoke, or activated abilities-she makes a lifelinking Soldier token. The primary plan is to develop mana dorks and rocks, cast Emmara early, then turn her tap triggers into a wide board through March of the Multitudes, White Sun's Zenith, Selesnya Evangel, and token payoffs. Secondary paths include card draw from Camaraderie and Idol of Oblivion, instant-speed blockers from Hornet Queen, and a 10/10 Eldrazi from Idol's ultimate. There is no hidden commander; the list maximizes tapping Emmara rather than recasting her. Anthems like Thunderfoot Baloth and Felidar Retreat, plus Overrun, convert the swarm into lethal combat, while many independent token producers let the deck rebuild if Emmara is answered.
