Dina by Arne

Format: Commander

Commander: Dina, Essence Brewer

Bracket: 2

Deck overview

This Golgari aristocrats deck wins by turning creature deaths into incremental life drain. Dina, Essence Brewer provides steady card flow and can grow a threat, while token makers like Ophiomancer, Tendershoot Dryad, Bitterbloom Bearer, and Beledros Witherbloom supply constant sacrifice fodder. Payoffs such as Zulaport Cutthroat, Blood Artist, Syr Konrad, the Grim, The Meathook Massacre, and Enduring Tenacity convert each death into damage to all opponents. Sacrifice outlets like Warren Soultrader, Priest of Forgotten Gods, and Yawgmoth, Thran Physician turn bodies into mana and cards. With no infinite combo, the deck grinds out wins over several combat-free drain cycles.
