Deck overview

This is a casual Jund creature deck centered on Eddie Brock // Venom, Lethal Protector. The intended sequence is to develop lands and a sacrifice creature, cast Eddie Brock // Venom, Lethal Protector, then pay the transformation cost and attack with Venom. Sacrificing a creature turns its mana value into cards and lets the deck put a matching-cost permanent from hand onto the battlefield. The attack trigger can create a large advantage, especially when it cheats in Lizard, Connors's Curse, Kraven the Hunter, or another substantial creature. The deck also uses graveyard recursion, creature-based land search, and a modest protection package. Its main limits are slow assembly, little tutoring for the commander, few early mana accelerants, and no compact route from advantage to a table kill. It can produce a threatening board around turn 7, but the engine remains vulnerable to removal, graveyard hate, blockers, and sweepers. It is best played as value midrange rather than as a combo deck.
