This is a fast Azorius stax-and-combo control deck helmed by King T'Challa. The front face is the real engine: his flash trigger draws a card whenever any player draws their second card in a turn, turning Rhystic Study, Mystic Remora, Esper Sentinel, Faerie Mastermind, and Geier Reach Sanitarium into compounding advantage. The back face, Black Panther, Hope Enduring, is a durable double-strike fallback that can also supply cards. The actual wins are deterministic lines living entirely in the 99: infinite mana from Isochron Scepter + Dramatic Reversal, Hullbreaker Horror loops, or Displacer Kitten loops, paid out through Walking Ballista, a stormed Brain Freeze that mills the table, or a self-mill Thassa's Oracle. A dense stax/tax layer - Drannith Magistrate, Lavinia, Azorius Renegade, Grand Abolisher, Defense Grid, Rest in Peace - buys the time to assemble, while seven tutors and a battery of cheap/free countermagic protect the kill.
