Nethroi upgrade P1 by user8854915

Format: Commander

Commander: Nethroi, Apex of Death

Bracket: 3

Deck overview

This deck is a graveyard-centric combo-reanimator helmed by Nethroi, Apex of Death. The primary plan is to fill the graveyard via self-mill and dredge, then use Nethroi's mutate trigger to return a swarm of small creatures, or reanimate key pieces directly to assemble the Reveillark + Karmic Guide loop with a sacrifice outlet and a drain effect (Blood Artist, Zulaport Cutthroat, etc.). Secondary win conditions include Craterhoof Behemoth for combat overrun, Mortal Combat as a mill-based alternative, and Syr Konrad, the Grim as a grindy damage engine. The deck is highly dependent on the graveyard but can execute its plan without the commander, using reanimation spells and self-contained combos.
