Orvar B4 by Yuchini

Format: Commander

Commander: Orvar, the All-Form

Bracket: 4

Deck overview

Orvar, the All-Form is a mono-blue copy-engine deck. The primary plan is to resolve Orvar, create a nonlegendary copy engine with Vesuvan Duplimancy or Spark Double, then cast cheap instants that target a mana rock such as Gilded Lotus or Sol Ring. Each such spell copies the rock, producing a self-sustaining net-positive mana loop; once infinite, Peregrine Drake is copied to create an arbitrarily large flying army. Secondary lines use Ghostly Flicker with Archaeomancer/Shipwreck Dowser and Mystic Sanctuary to recur spells, and Hullbreaker Horror plus Mana Vault/Sol Ring to lock the board. A dense counter/cantrip package protects the combo, draws toward pieces, and keeps the deck alive while it assembles. Vesuvan Duplimancy acts as a hidden second Orvar, and the final kill is a single combat step with flying tokens.
